The space The place is a double storey house with 4 bedrooms, 3 T&B, kitchen, living and dining area in each floor. The 1st floor has a large east-facing verandah. There is an outdoor garden with a fish pond and gazebo with brick oven and BBQ grill. Each floor is stand alone and can be rented separately. The rate published is for one level which is good for 20 pax. Other rooms available: Double bed with pull out bed - good for 4 pax Big room with 2 Double Bunk Beds and Single Bed - good for 5 pax Whole house can be rented up to a max of 30 guests. Other things to note The house is facing the main Lobo-Tabangao Road. The beach is a few steps away at the back of the house. There is environmental fee of Php20/pax collected either at check-point upon entry to Lobo or house to house check by the Tourism Authority.
