MGM True 1BR STRIP VIEW 950 sqft @ Signature

Much bigger than mgm "junior studio" or "deluxe suite" advertised elsewhere. True one bedroom with door plus two full bathrooms in the apartment. MGM Signature experience with no resort fees. Free valet parking, you pick up a room key at the front desk, just like a hotel guest. Full bedroom + 2 full baths, 950 sqft, corner unit with balcony and amazing view. Includes MGM Grand Pool and Lazy River! High floor, great view of the Las Vegas strip! The space This is the well regarded MGM Signature Tower! I am managing for a friend; I am also an owner and primary residence occupant and have 5-star reviews on an almost exactly identical unit. Arguably this one has a better view of the south strip: MGM, Excalibur, New York New York, Aria etc. People ask about pricing a lot. I basically set pricing at a discount to the studio pricing from MGM Signature, but keep in mind this unit is a one bedroom suite (usually 30%-50% more expensive), and it is a high floor (usually $10 more per night), and a strip side view (always the first to go), and you avoid the daily resort fees. All in you are getting almost half off, even after the Airbnb fees. To compare rates properly, you can go to the MGM Signature website and price out the One Bedroom Balcony Suite (usually the 3rd choice), and check the high floor upgrade ($10 more a night). Only then will you see the all in costs with the resort fees, extra hotel and tourism taxes, etc, added on properly. Note that the "junior deluxe studio" is much smaller, about half the size and does not have a separate bedroom and 2 full baths. Guest access Access is simple; I add you to the guest list and you can use the 24 hour front desk of the hotel to grab the keys. Other things to note The front desk will ask for a credit card in case you want to order room service, in-room movies, dry cleaning, etc. No one has ever complained that they keep the security deposit; it's only there in case you order room service or charge restaurant bills to the room (or cause actual damage to the apartment).
