GITE 4/6P ON THE BANKS OF THE LOIRE WITH HEATED POOL

"Chez Cocotte is a cottage created in one of our outbuildings. Located 5 minutes from the center of Onzain and 50 m from the banks of the Loire. A grocery store is 2 km away. You can find local products and a bread depot there. Ideally located to discover the Loire Valley castles: Chaumont/Loire 5 min, Amboise 10 min, Blois 20 min, Chenonceau 25 min, Cheverny 30 min and Chambord 40 min, but also the unmissable Beauval Zoo 40 min away. Close to the Loire by bike. A bicycle room is available. The space Charline and Mathieu welcome you to their cottage, with an area of 50 m2 which is composed of: - a fitted kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Table for 4 people with extension for 6 people - a living room with sofa bed - an upstairs bedroom with 1 queen size bed and two single beds - a shower room with washing machine, hairdryer - a separate toilet - a sunny terrace with barbecue Sheets, tea towels and towels are available. The cottage has all the necessary equipment for babies: highchair, bathtub, folding crib with mattress. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Petanque court available. Parking space in the enclosed courtyard. Housekeeping not included. Housekeeping package possible: €80 The pool is accessible and heated from mid-May to September and has an electric roller shutter. The outdoors and pool are shared with the owners and tenants of the 2nd vacation rental (for 2 people) We have 1 cat. Electric car charging is not allowed. NEW: In May 2025 we will open our second gîte on the other side of the garden, not overlooked, for 2 people. The common areas (garden and pool) will therefore be a place of sharing between the occupants of the two cottages. Guest access A lockbox is available for self check-in in case we are not available.
