We also have a full size futon in the living room along with a chase lounge. There are puzzles and games and dvd’s provided. We also have a Roku with guest access. Note the bathtub is a soaking bath and has a shower attached to wall. Must be agile to get in and out in order to bath. This property is near the water and there are mosquitoes. Plan accordingly. There is a boat launch (launch costs $5) and a fishing pier along with a beach close by. There also is basketball court at the park a couple blocks away. It is the Mississippi and flooding can block access to the beach and boat launch. The house is out of the flood range. There is a full kitchen. Laundry room is a shared space. Guest access Whole house minus garage and basement. Shared access to laundry. Very rarely will we need something from the basement which is located in the laundry room. We would text you to first before going into the house. It has a separate entrance. Other things to note You will be in a neighborhood. There is a railroad right behind the house. They do blow the horn each time they go by. We do have a white noise machine by the bed for your use
