Inside, you will have the pleasure of cooking facing the pool and in an open space overlooking the living and dining room. An office, bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms and a shower room. All 100 meters from the Dordogne River and in the center of various tourist spots. Other things to note Bed and bath linens are provided. Upon arrival of the tenants, we ask for a deposit check of €2,000 and a check of €400 for cleaning fee. Neither of these two checks will be cashed, it is simply a security deposit. An entry and exit inventory will be carried out by the owners upon arrival. At the exit inventory, if no concerns are noted, both checks will be returned to you. The arbor is composed as follows: Ground floor: apartment rented year-round by the same tenant for 23 years. The latter does not have access to the services of the house. No overlooking is possible between the apartment and the pool terraces. Only the balconies of the two bedrooms are above this apartment. The only shared element between you and the tenant is the gate, then two roads serve each home.
