Easy access to the outdoors from the kitchen onto a deck with a dining table and large barbecue The 12' trampoline and basketball hoop (at their own risk!) and play basketball. There is a large TV in the family room next to the kitchen. Bedrooms: The primary suite opens onto the garden. It has a king-size bed and lots of clothing storage and a recently refurbished bathroom with 6ft walk in double shower. There are two additional bedrooms on the upper level – one with a standard double bed and the other is furnished as a children’s bedroom with a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. There is a bathroom with a bath and shower and separate toilet on the upper level. There is a fourth bedroom on the ground floor next to the TV with a single bed, desk and a full-size keyboard. Other things to note The house is located in the middle of generous plot, down a flight of stairs (57 steps) which maximises views and privacy. Given the access constraints the house is not suitable for those with limited mobility.
