Two living rooms, high ceilings, two levels, huge outdoor space with a hammock, dining, and trampoline! Unparralelled views over the San Francisco Bay, a cozy fireplace, colorfully decorated mid-century modern furniture. The dining room has a vaulted ceiling and opens onto the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures! Everything you need from a large fridge, electric kettle, expresso machine, toaster oven and air fryer, dishwasher, filtered water/ice, oven, and 4-burner gas range. Easy access to the outdoors from the kitchen onto a deck with a dining table and large barbecue The 12' trampoline and basketball hoop (at their own risk!) and play basketball. There is a large TV in the family room next to the kitchen. Bedrooms: The primary suite opens onto the garden. There are two additional bedrooms on the upper level – one with a standard double bed and the other is furnished as a children’s bedroom with a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. There is a bathroom with a bath and shower and separate toilet on the upper level. There is a fourth bedroom on the ground floor next to the TV with a single bed, desk and a full-size keyboard. Other things to note The house is located in the middle of generous plot, down a flight of stairs (57 steps) which maximises views and privacy. Given the access constraints the house is not suitable for those with limited mobility.
