The Estrées grocery store has kept its spirit of conviviality and family home, it is the perfect place to spend a stay in the countryside as a group to recharge and meet. The space The cottage is about 220 m² on 2 levels. On the ground floor: - Furnished and equipped kitchen: cooking center (5 gas burners and electric oven), hood, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washing machine and small appliances (toaster, robot) - Living/dining room: 1 large table with 2 benches (14 pers.), 2 3-seater sofas, 2 ottomans and stools, 1 coffee table, 1 table with 4 armchairs, TV, stereo, DVD player. - 4 bedrooms: 1 with 1 bed, 1 with 1 bed and 1 bed, 1 with 1 bed of 160 with shower room (shower, sink), 1 with 1 bed of 120 - 1 bathroom with 1 shower, 1 bathtub, 2 sinks - 2 separate toilets on the 1st floor: - 2 bedrooms: 1 with 1 bed of 160 and 2 beds of 90, 1 with 1 bed of 160 - 1 bathroom with 1 shower, 1 bathtub, 2 sinks - 1 separate toilet Exteriors A 30 m² terrace is accessible directly from the living room and kitchen, overlooking a private garden (150 m² in total).
