Noms Ryokan

Nom’s Ryokan (in Japanese means traditional inn), is a private semi-detached 2 storey villa nestled between an awe-inspiring escarpment and a stunning beach in Stanwell Park. Located 150m from the beach or Baird Park, 600m to the local cafes with access to the iconic Grand Pacific Walk right on your doorstep (about a 4km walk to the Sea Cliff Bridge). Enjoy a coastal escape, connect with nature, treat yourself to local tastes, adventure with plenty of activities in the region or simply relax. The space A Japanese inspired, architecturally designed north facing villa that is equipped with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay: - Large open kitchen adjoining the dining area - Comfortable king and queen size bed (another single bed can be made up upon request) - Modern bathroom with shower and bathtub - Private deck with escarpment views with outdoor dining tables and occasional sofa set - Outside fully enclosed courtyard - Wi-fi - Smart TV (please log in & out of your own platforms) - 1 parking spot with a shared driveway, as well as plenty of street parking The main bedroom is a studio style which offers a king size bed, plenty of cupboard space adjoining a small tv area with a lounge, occasional chair and TV. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and a single bed. A reminder to remember beach towels if you are looking to stroll to the beach, as these are NOT supplied. NOTE: For long stays bed linen will only be changed on request. Guest access The villa is private and detached from the main residence, although the main house is occupied by your hosts, their family and dogs. Guests who are looking for seclusion and complete privacy are welcome to access the villa without any interaction, if you do need assistance with anything your host will be happy to welcome you. Please note there are stairs required to access the villa and also the bedrooms/bathroom. Other things to note - Shared driveway - Hosts live on the property in a seperate residence - Hosts own dogs, they will be securely locked away during your stay - Laundry facilities available for long stay guests only - No parties - No visitors, unless approved by the hosts - We are pet friendly but please do not let your pets on the furniture or in the beds (extra cleaning fee may be added if dog hair is found in the beds) The closest supermarket, petrol station, and pharmacy is located in Helensburgh (10-minute drive north), or in Thirroul (15-minute drive south).
