Wooden floor and high ceiling... next to shops and the metro green line... two streets from the metro station of L'église. Downtown 18 minutes direct. Several buses also and close to highways, river, beach, and a short walk from Rue Wellington with its restaurants, bars, cafes and all the shops you will need.
