Small guest room max 4 people - heated pool & gym

A simple, compact "tinyhouse" guestroom 10m2 with older bathroom nearby. Best suited for 1-2 adults or 2 adults+2 children. 140cm wide raised bed and 140cm wide sofa bed. Access to heated "endless" pool and gym by booking - 1.5h/booked night included. The toilet is located 10m away in the basement of the main building with some older pipe installation. Low ceilings. Close to the E6, nature reserves, lakes and beaches. The space There is a large patio with two levels and outdoor furniture adjacent to the guest room where you can relax, BBQ and enjoy the evenings. We strive to always have a nice, tidy, welcoming patio, but unfortunately we can not control what weather it is before or while you are here as our guest and how it has affected the surroundings or the feeling. The TV has a Chromecast that you can stream your own favourites with your own mobile / tablet to it. There are no channels as the digital TV mast has stopped sending the signals this spring. The bed is a raised bed 140x200cm and the sofa bed when it is opened is also 140x200cm. When a travel cot is used, there is no space to open the sofa bed as the travel cot takes up that space. Board games, children's books and toys can be provided. In the basement of the main building is the bathroom, with steps down to it. You will have to leave the guestroom and go outside to get to the bathroom. Distance is approx. 10m away. There are external lights to light up the pathway. The main building is over 100 years old !!! and some pipes are from when the basement was built and can look a little sad and everything that comes with an older house, among other things, a spider/beetle can appear ;-), but the bathroom parts themselves are newly installed. Do not expect a luxurious bathroom, it is a very, very simple bathroom without electric point. In the bathroom you will find a set of towels for each guest and a rack to hang them on for drying. Low ceilings for those who are tall. Since it is located in a basement, it is colder than a normal room, but we try to keep 18C in the bathroom. During the summer, the heat is turned off. The heat is controlled by a heat pump for the entire main building and it is switched off automatically when outdoor temperature reaches 10C. The hosts have a all year around pool that you share with them. The pool is located directly opposite the guest room. It is covered when not in use and must be booked in advance, 1.5 hour / booked day is included in the price. The pool has jets you swim against (like an endless pool) or you can use a swimming belt (available to borrow). Swimming equipment, such as floats, swimming paddles can be borrowed. During the summer, the temperature is kept around 28C. At the other end of the pool you have hydro-massage jets. In the garden there is a fireplace, this is shared with the host and other guests. Behind the property there is a public playground with slide and swings etc. During the day, this can cause some noise from the slide. There are no gates to the surrounding roads so guests are responsible for their own children during their stay. Guest access You will have access to the room (of course), a large patio, the bathroom in the basement of the main building. 1.5 hour use of the pool per booked day, 1 hour in the gym (both booked in advance). The public playground is diagonally behind the accommodation and is easy to get to. On the plot there is space for parking of 1 car. Parking is on the right when you enter the driveway. If a guest arrives with 2 cars, there is extra free parking along the street not too far away. The bus stop for taking the bus to Falkenberg and Halmstad is just outside the site. Other things to note During the summer months, particularly week 24, 25 16:00-19:30 and 26 and 27, the host run a swimming school in the pool on weekdays 10:20-14:30 and some private swimming lessons on weekends and sometimes scattering times on weekdays outside of these weeks. Parents are instructed to sit in a special place and not to disturb guests too much. Each guest is responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Cleaning by the host at the end of the visit can be booked at a rate of 800SEK additional cost.
