Welcome! - The house is rustic and cozy. We are at the top, the house has a view of the valley and at night the city lights at its feet. It is possible to see the horizon, and sometimes, at dawn, everything becomes a white sea. There is an outside area of the fire, to enjoy or barbecue The mattresses are new, the water heating is gas in the shower and in all the taps, which leaves it hot even with negative temperatures. The space The house is 100% safe and quiet. With a mind-blowing view of the valley, sometimes with a red sunset, and sometimes with a sea of clouds at dawn on the horizon. At night the city lights shine at your feet, without losing the brightness of the stars. I don't know of a better place in the world to sleep. Guest access 2 km from the main avenue of Urubici, the house is on top of the mountain and access is via a steep gravel road, the ascent is accessible to all cars, it only requires attention and care. Other things to note I am a tourism expert and will be happy to suggest the best tours that the mountains have to offer so that you can make the most of your trip. My house was made for me to live, so it is not a cottage produced for rental. It was built with demolition bricks from an old greenhouse, and even on the coolest days, with the wood-burning stove and the fireplace, the house will maintain a pleasant temperature. It is located on the paragliding hill, facing the West, towards the sunset, and with the view of the valley on the horizon. Every sunset is a different show. At dusk, the city lights will be at your feet, and you can enjoy them in the fire area, or indoors, through a glass wall and enjoying the fireplace.
