At the front of the house is a south-facing terrace with unobstructed views of the playing field, at the back is an enclosed garden with storage room. The space The layout of the house: ground floor: living room with a sliding door (front), kitchen, toilet, hall and stairs to the 1st floor 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 1x with double bed and 2x with 2 single beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower with sunshower, double sink and toilet. The house has underfloor heating on the ground floor. This park is car-free. You can park the car in a parking space reserved for you. This parking space is on the outskirts of the park. Guest access You have access to the entire house and garden. Other things to note Bedding: Bed linen is provided in the property. The mandatory costs for this are €12 per person. Towels: (Bath) towels and kitchen towels must be brought by yourself. There is an option to rent a towel set. This set consists of: • 1 bath towel • 1 towel • 1 kitchen towel The cost of renting a towel set is €7.50 per set.
