The house has two floors. On the top floor there are 5 double bedrooms all with private bathroom, one of them with a fireplace and whirlpool bathtub. On the ground floor there is a single room with private bathroom, living room with Lareira (typical Galician fireplace), living room, kitchen-dining room with laundry room and a toilet. It has an interior patio with a porch where the gazebo with barbecue is located and another porch on the main façade that overlooks the large garden bordered by century-old chestnut trees, as well as a well, an old laundry room with constant spring water irrigation and a granary.
