Outbuilding with equipped kitchen, and terrace. Quiet, at the end of a cul-de-sac and in the heart of the forest. Ideal for 2 people but can accommodate 4 with the sofa bed in the living room. Close to the A1, located between Chantilly, Senlis, Compiègne, La Mer de Sable Park and Parc Astérix, 1 hour from Paris (easy access) and 35/40 minutes from Charles de Gaulle and Beauvais-Tillé airports. The space The accommodation is independent and on the ground floor, access is through the garden of our house. Accommodation with exposed beams, a separate bedroom, equipped kitchen (stove, utensils, dishes...) and bathroom. Free parking space available on the street. A TV for streaming is available. You will need to bring your credentials (Netflix, Disney+, Prime...) The outbuilding is in good condition. Its renovation dates back about ten years. We're improving it as we go, but it's not new. Update in 2023: Change of the sofa bed to a convertible sofa with chaise longue, more comfortable in seating and larger in double bed. Update in 2024: Installation of a combined microwave oven. Change of the bedroom bed (160*200). Addition of a nespresso coffee machine. We kindly ask you to clean before checking out of the property so that you find it in the same condition as when you arrived. Airbnb's "cleaning" fee is used to help maintain linens and towels. Guest access Access to the house through our garden. An outdoor space (terrace) is reserved for the accommodation. Other things to note In order to be able to move around easily, it is better to be motorized because the accommodation is located in a hamlet in the middle of the forest.
