The studio includes a compact kitchenette with all the essentials: small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, French press, and BBQ utensils for the outdoor grill. The bedroom features a queen-size bed and ample storage for your belongings, while the modern bathroom offers everything you need to start the day refreshed or unwind after exploring. You’ll notice a staircase on the left as you enter; this leads upstairs to our home. The door at the top is always locked during guest stays to ensure your privacy. The space was originally designed for visiting family and friends, which is why the connecting staircase remains in place. Guest access Guests have full private access to the self-contained studio, including the living and dining area, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and shared backyard with river views. The entrance is completely separate from the main house for your privacy. Guests are welcome to park their vehicle in the driveway and free street parking is also available right in front of the property. Other things to note We live upstairs and do our best to keep things quiet, though you may occasionally hear some everyday household sounds.
