Our Smart Home Apartment located in the Center of HCMC, District 1. Just ONE min to Ben Thanh & 5 minutes to Backpacker’s Street (Phạm Ngu Lao) by foot! Transport is super convenient. There are 3 reasons why you should take this house: more than perfect LOCATION, a comfortable whole HOUSE, and the BEST PRICE for this location with a private apartment. 😁 This is a homestay, not a hotel, so please don't expect a 5-star hotel experience when you book the room. 📍 LOCATION: as I highlighted many times and you can take a look at the review, it is next to Ben Thanh Market, it is located on the 2nd floor of an old French building, convenient to go to Pham Ngu Lao Street, etc. At night, anytime you can come to the night market in Ben Thanh or Bui Vien Walking Street on foot. So if you are a tourist, you should choose this place because it will reduce your transportation costs One good thing about this house is that the building is not located in the alley, so after you go down, you can take a taxi right away (hmmm, actually staying here, you don't need to take a taxi anywhere... all the tourist spots can be walked to) 📍 COMFORTABLE HOUSE: You will have the whole apartment all by yourself. It is located in a local building built during the American War, so you will have the feeling very Saigon - I believe this is the purpose for traveling, right? To know how the local lifestyle is, communicating with the neighborhood - they are super very friendly and nice. It is considerably quiet for a home right smack in the center of the city. Our cute little attic with a relaxing bed will accompany you throughout the night. Chill out after a long day exploring HCMC in our home! 📍 REASONABLE PRICE: The AirBnBs around my place mostly cost double my price, for sure.
