Room At Eastland - Your totally private space!

Private room for 2 - comfortable furnishings & separate from the main living space. Quiet neighborhood, walkable, booming East Nashville: 1/2 mi. or less to Aldi & Kroger grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, Shelby Park & Greenway. 1 mi. from Historic 5 Points (restaurants , boutiques, live music venues), 2.5 miles from downtown, Interstates and Germantown neighborhood. Electric bicycle rentals are within walking distance at Metro Nashville's kiosks, corner of Eastland & Porter Road. The space This private space has a queen-sized platform bed, recliner chair, cafe table/chairs, a seating area outside, in addition to a roomy bathroom with tub. There are also a closet and chest of drawers for storage and Wifi access. We request that you please recycle (cans, plastic bottles & cardboard goes into the green bin outside your door. For any glass, please leave them outside your door so we can take to be recycled. Dish soap, sponges, bucket & dish rack/tray under the bathroom sink on the right. Dish towels are in the top righthand drawer of bathroom vanity. Please place dish rack/tray on bathroom vanity next to sink to dry dishes, and NOT on any wooden surfaces. An iron and tabletop board are in the closet. Extra blanket is in bathroom linen closet and space heater & tile for it to sit on are on the shelf in the closet (please unplug heater when not in use). For longer term visitors, if you need, a vacuum & cleaning supplies are contained in the closet. Many love the sound of trains ... the cargo train tracks run on the property adjacent to ours and are below street level by a few stories. If you're not a fan, you might like to look elsewhere to stay. Guest access Please park on paved driveway just outside your door. There is a seating area just outside your door as well, next to a shade garden. May is our sweet dog who will meet you at the fenced backyard gate if she's outside. Please feel free to introduce yourself to her and pet her through the fence.
