Our home once housed a vet clinic in the early 1950's, but are now the home of a family of 5, consisting of Dad Frederik, a writer and chef; Mom Nicholaine, a graphic designer and entrepeneur; and the three children Ludwig (10 years), Dagmar (9 years) and Othilia (4 years). The house is situated right inside the cityline of Saltum, about 4 km from Fårup Sommerland (amusement park with water park), 6 km from Saltum Beach and 9 km from Blokhus. The space The house is in three floors. You can enter the house from the backside at the garage, you enter the basement where you can do your laundry, there's also a tumble dryer you can use. You can also enter the house from the front side. You will here enter the hall, where you find the small toilet. On this floor you'll find the living room, the dining room and the kitchen - feel free to use all the equipment in the kitchen. From the hall you can go upstairs, where you'll find the three children's rooms, the master bedroom and the bathroom. From the dining room you can enter the big terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the sunset.
