A double room available in a 3 bedroom semi detached house in Grays with a bath and toilet next to rooms and a shower room on the ground floor. There is a spacious kitchen and dining and a large garden with wifi and tv in living room and dining. We are a professional working couple and currently live in the property. House is 20 min walk to grays station with lakeside shopping centre about 10 min drive or one stop after grays station by train.
