TooFine Lakehouse, pet friendly waterfront cottage

Cute & cozy (tiny) waterfront cottage nestled in a pine forest. Situated on an almost 3 acre point on the Diascund Reservoir this is THE perfect spot to get away from it all & still be in the middle of everything! Options abound - fishing from the dock, bird watching, canoeing, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, swinging in the hammocks, napping on the screened in porch, grilling on the patio, reading in the loft, playing games (inside & out), or just chill & feel the vibe. The space About a half a mile down a gravel road and just past the big ugly landscape garage, you will see TooFine nestled on the point. It is quite frankly the cutest lil house and we just love it so. The main level has an open living room/kitchen, full bath, and primary bedroom with king bed (and a mini washer/dryer in closet). There are two lofts - one with a queen bed, and another with two bean bag chairs and a bookcase. Please use caution with the lofts - they are not suitable for children. There is a covered porch off the living area with two Adirondack chairs looking towards the water. Outside there is a fire pit area, a patio with table and lounge chair, two hammocks in the trees, a trail to the dock, and a screened in porch that I think might be bigger than the house. We love to sit on the porch with the gas fire in the table going looking out to the fire in the fire pit. I don't know why but it makes me smile every time. We also have an EV charger in the parking circle for your use! Guest access The entire property will be available for your use when at the house aside from the locked shed by the patio. Other things to note The property is on well water (with a filter in the fridge) and septic. This is a TINY house, so the hot water heater is tiny too. If you like to take LONG showers (like me), make sure no one goes right before you (or after lol). The garage that you pass on your way in is on the property line. It is used by a landscaper - and while not the prettiest thing to see on your drive in, they are the nicest neighbors and hardly ever there. You will love the serene feel when at TooFine, and maybe even smile when you hear a faint train every once in a while. It's only then that we realize we don't hear cars or planes. It is important to note that water levels of the reservoir may vary through out the year. Mother nature controls the weather while man uses the water. Things that you will NOT find at TooFine: - television - traffic - people - a bath tub - FIOS/high speed internet - street noise - swimming in the reservoir - dishwasher There are two security cameras on the exterior of the home. The one in the rear is not connected. The one in the front points at the driveway and car charger - it captures audio and video and is motion sensing.
