The entry level features the warm and inviting living room with corner gas fireplace, large flat screen TV with cable and a Roku, and Lazy Boy sofa and recliner for the ultimate in comfort.  Up a small flight of stairs is the dining area, kitchen and family room.  The kitchen has luxury finishes with granite counters, stainless steel appliances including gas range, microwave, dishwasher and coffee pot.  Gather in the family room on the Lazy Boy sofa in front of the gas fireplace and TV with cable, Roku, and DVD player.  A selection of board games and a piano will keep the group entertained.  The deck is just steps away and features peek-a-boo views of the slopes, propane barbecue and seating so you can enjoy the fresh mountain air. Or enjoy soaking in the Hot Tub under the stars.  The main living level also has the first bedroom with twin over queen bunk and shared access to the full hallway bathroom. Upstairs you will find the master suite, two more bedrooms, laundry, full bathroom and access to the back yard with hot tub.  The master suite features a king bed, private full bathroom with separate large shower, double sinks and tub.  Enjoy expansive slope views from the private deck!  The third bedroom has a queen bed, slope views and a crib for the little one.  The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, access to the back yard, and access to the shared full hallway bathroom. On the ground level you will appreciate access to the two car garage with ping pong table. 2 car parking in garage and 1 car parking parallel to street on driveway.  This cabin has stairs leading up to the main living area either through the garage or front door entrance. Garage Door must be open by button in the garage, manually. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7 Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.   Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.   Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. City Ordinance Occupancy for Adults: 10 adults. Guest access Access to entire home. Other things to note We participate in Big Bear’s “Good Neighbor Program.” This is a family home in a private and quiet neighborhood. We have pledged that our tenants will abide by our rental agreement & will respect the neighbor’s right to “quiet enjoyment” from 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Disturbing the peace is a City Ordinance Violation. Please be respectful due to sound traveling in the mountains. Do not use the barbecue after 10:00 PM.
