The apartment is 45 square meters and was completely rebuilt and newly furnished in 2021. It is located right in the center of Braunschweig, about 100 steps from the cathedral. Thanks to its central location and modern decor, the apartment is a perfect home for leisure and business travelers. The tram stops "Schloss" or "Rathaus" are within a max. 3-4 minutes' walk away. The Münzstrasse bus stop can be reached in just 1 minute. The space The apartment has a bedroom with a comfy double bed, 140 x 200 cm, the mattress is high quality and medium hard (test verdict Very Good), it is freshly made and prepared before your arrival. In the large living and dining room there is a comfortable sofa bed on which two more people can sleep. This can accommodate a maximum of four people - but note: the living room is a walk-through room to the bedroom, so privacy is restricted in groups. The apartment is also particularly suitable for two persons travelling together, but not wanting to sleep in one bed. The kitchen with all the equipment (fridge, oven, dishes, pots, pans, etc.) is ready, in addition there is a Senseo coffee machine with several coffee pads and a selection of tea. Fresh towels and toiletries, shampoo and shower gels for daily use await you in your temporary home. A smart TV, a comfortable sofa ensure a great ambience. Here you can spend relaxing nights in Braunschweig. In addition, an elevator helps when carrying heavy luggage. This is a non-smoking apartment.
