Located on the 1st floor of a charming peaceful residence, this spacious accommodation offers you a serene setting where the singing of birds accompanies your awakenings. This accommodation accommodates a maximum of 4 adults or a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast is extra. The space It is a 2-bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor with kitchen (fridge, gas stove, kettle, microwave, coffee maker and toaster) living room, bathroom and a terrace overlooking the pool. Guest access The pool is accessible to all vacationers. Other things to note - Alcohol and cigarette consumption, monokinis and thongs are prohibited by the pool and in public areas. - Non-residents are not allowed in the residence for security reasons. - Proper behavior and attire required by the pool and in the common areas of the residence. - Rooms are non-smoking. - Towels are reserved for bedrooms only. - The pool is unsupervised and children are under parental responsibility. - Diving, inflatable mattress and ball are prohibited in the pool. - Access to the pool is reserved from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. - Check-in is between 2:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and check-out at 10:30 a.m. A surcharge of €30 will be applied for check-in before 2:30 p.m. and after 6:00 p.m., an additional night will be charged for check-out after 10:30 a.m. Vacationers must notify management for any check-in and check-out outside the indicated hours.
