Because the area is very well connected, whether by train, car, bus or on foot, visiting our beautiful Antibes and its magnificent surroundings (the extravagant Monaco, the luxurious Cannes, the picturesque Nice, the charming Grasse and its perfumes, the Italian border etc.) is child's play! Renovated a little every year, it is well equipped: kitchen: stove, fridge, freezer, hood, oven, microwave, washing machine, LCD-HD TV, Wi-Fi, etc. As we want you to have an apartment that is impeccably clean when you arrive, and not clean in the sense of previous tenants :-), cleaning fees are mandatory for all rentals and is carried out by professionals. It's always a pleasure for us to welcome guests from all over the world. ** Rates and options ** 1- In order to give you impeccable accommodation, cleaning is carried out by professionals. It includes linens and towels. Other charges (electricity and water) are included. 2- Discount rates are available. 🔵To kick off your stay, an arrival kit is provided with everyday essentials. However, we draw your attention to the fact that consumables (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc.) are not provided for the duration of the stay: everyone remains free to manage their own needs according to the duration of their visit. Guest access You will be the masters of the premises :) Other things to note The garbage cans are distributed in the old town, the closest ones are on Rue du Général Vandenberg on each side of the gendarmerie ** Departures and arrivals ** Check-in and checkout times will be agreed upon in advance. However: - Check-ins are preferably between 6pm and 8pm. - Checkouts are preferably before 10am. Earlier check-ins and later checkouts are subject to availability and an additional charge. The cleaning fee may be increased if we find the apartment too dirty. An energy contribution may be requested in the event of excessive consumption, in particular for heating.
