(1 travel cot is available for a baby) The living room is air-conditioned. It includes an open fitted kitchen opening onto a large living room. 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. A bright veranda allows you to take meals or enjoy a moment of calm. It has large bay windows and awnings to reduce the sun. It is accessible from the living room or directly from the terrace. The attic : 2 bedrooms, with respectively 2 single beds of 90cm for one and 1 bed of 90cm for the other. 1 central room serving each bedroom Access to the attic is via a closed staircase. The attic is air-conditioned The exteriors: Large flat wooded plot of 850 m². 1 outdoor toilet near the swimming pool. The property is completely enclosed and allows free parking for 2 vehicles. The swimming pool : The 7x4 m swimming pool (depth 1.40 m) is secured by a barrier and an alarm on request. it is accessible in July and August. Parasol and deckchairs provided for having a drink by the pool while the children swim.
