Cozy family cottage just off Sandpoint Rd. 7 minute drive to Tatamagouche (Tata). Tata has full amenities. Less than 10 min walk to beach. Relax and enjoy the stunning views and sunsets! A short drive to Josh winery, golf courses and PEI Ferry. Only 1.5 hour drive to Halifax Int. airport and PEI Confederation Bridge. Additional space may be available if desired, including RV hookup. Note: Beach access (see pics for details) is at bottom of lot, cross small bridge, then left, straight to beach. The space The property is on ~2 acres. There is a big lawn so lots of room for the kids or big kids to play. The property has great ocean views but it is not directly on the ocean, it is 5-10 walk to the shore. Please do not Trespass on the neighbours property. Good Wi-Fi. If you have additional family members we will rent another dwelling and or an RV hookup. Contact owners for details. Guest access From Sand Point Rd, Turn left onto Rocky Shore Lane. After a minute turn right, go past #24. There is a door with #26 on it. Park beside the red cottage. If using a mapping app, it sometimes takes you to the next laneway called Chambers Lane. Turn and come back if you end up on Chambers Lane. The door access code will be provided on the arrival date. Other things to note Beach Access: Walk out driveway, past neighbour's to Rocky Shore Lane. Continue towards water you would see an old wooden fence. Walk on left side of fence down to the beach.
