Our cozy unit sleeps four comfortably, with a spacious bedroom and comfortable sofa bed. You'll feel right at home with our upgraded kitchen and beach amenities. The perfect place to create memories, relax, recharge, and enjoy Los Barriles! The space The bedroom has a king size bed with a cushy, comfy mattress and plenty of extra pillows. For those who love to watch TV, there’s one in the bedroom and in the TV room where you can watch from the sofa/futon. If TV isn’t your thing, then you might enjoy board games. Backgammon anyone? The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals on the gas cooktop and the recently added gas oven for reheating that delicious pizza. If you must work remotely, you’ll enjoy the workstation (with great internet) in the bedroom, but be careful, your productivity could be diminished by gazing at the view. If you’ve had a long day of kiteboarding, exploring or horse riding and want to relax, take a siesta on the comfy push button powered recliner. And if you’re heading to the beach, we have you covered with beach towels, beach chairs, a tote, and even a big red umbrella! Guest access Amenities: Gated parking, a shared swimming pool with the other 5 units, and a balcony with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. Other things to note In regards to children: this is a parent choice, but we want you to know there is no pool gate or fence. It is your responsibility to watch your children. When vacationing in Mexico you may experience random power and water outages. We do our best to warn you if they are planned, but generally rain causes power outages. The house does have a few flashlights. Water and power use should always be conserved. There is always building happening in baja, we cannot guarantee the status of building around this property.
