The space The home has three bedrooms and two full baths. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed, and the second floor has two bedrooms: one with a queen bed, and the other has a full-sized bunk bed and two twin beds. Relax on a very spacious deck with additional lounge space, dining and grill. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house and access to Chimney Hill's clubhouse as well as other amenities such as their indoor & outdoor pools, hot tub, tennis, fishing pond and ice rink. Other things to note During the winter season: The house is located off a gravel road. Chimney Hill plows and sands all roads and our driveway, but it does get icy from time to time during the Vermont winter. All-wheel vehicles are recommended.
