Guest suite in Concord

Welcome to the Happy Hideout! Be one of the first to use our brand new kitchenette in our private King Size two story suite. Bathroom located upstairs. Take advantage of the backyard space where you can relax and enjoy the birds or have a BBQ. Be sure to take some time to create a little joy and make some memories. No pets allowed. we can be reached through the Airbnb inbox and are glad to help The space "King Size" does not begin to describe the space you are getting, with this one of a kind, two story suite. With a brand new kitchenette and newly installed ductless heating and AC. Follow the alley way down the right side of the house to your private entrance. On the security gate is a lock box with keys to the gate and slider. As you step inside to the main living area you will find a living/dining area and kitchenette. Follow the steps to the second story. Straight ahead is the massive master bedroom. Included in this room is a workspace, sitting area, TV and large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen Trundle bed, with a full size on the bottom. You will also find some children's toys, books, games and puzzles, along with a work space. While we are a family friendly our space is not baby proof. In the bathroom there is a shower and extra large tub with a pocket door that separates the bathing and toileting area. The bathroom is Located upstairs. Guest access The Happy Hideout is attached-to-the-back of the main-house, through a PRIVATE entrance. This is a PRIVATE space separate-from-the-main-house. Access includes the back yard area, up to the small black fence, as well as the living, dining, kitchenette area, upstairs bathroom and both bedrooms. Other things to note Be sure to invite all adult guests to your reservation. This way we know who’s coming, they can familiarize themselves with the house rules, check out responsibilities and we can provide the appropriate amenities. Washer and dryer access is for guest use only. Parking in driveway is available, but please don’t block the garage!
