On the security gate is a lock box with keys to the gate and slider. As you step inside to the main living area you will find a living/dining area and kitchenette. Follow the steps to the second story. Straight ahead is the massive master bedroom. Included in this room is a workspace, sitting area, TV and large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen Trundle bed, with a full size on the bottom. You will also find some children's toys, books, games and puzzles, along with a work space. While we are a family friendly our space is not baby proof. In the bathroom there is a shower and extra large tub with a pocket door that separates the bathing and toileting area. The bathroom is Located upstairs. The Happy Hideout is attached-to-the-back of the main-house, through a PRIVATE entrance. This is a PRIVATE space separate-from-the-main-house. Access includes the back yard area, up to the small black fence, as well as the living, dining, kitchenette area, upstairs bathroom and both bedrooms. Close to down town Historical Concord including restaurants, and Brenden Theater. Todos Santos Park is within walking distance to enjoy events and farmers market. There are several options for public transportation. Concord is a lovely place to visit. Many attractions close by including Mt Diablo for those that like to hike and bike! BART is less than a mile away to get you where you need to go. There are also buses “County Connection” that can be used locally. Be sure to invite all adult guests to your reservation. This way we know who’s coming, they can familiarize themselves with the house rules, check out responsibilities and we can provide the appropriate amenities. Washer and dryer access is for guest use only. Parking in driveway is available, but please don’t block the garage!
