La Maison Rose: pool, nature and beauty

Beautiful country house located in Monségur in a beautiful environment, perfect for modern comfort, neat decoration and nature lovers. You will appreciate the sweetness of life in the south-west of France, by the pool with a view on the valley and the vineyards of the Bordeaux hinterland. The house has 8 beds, a terrace with swimming pool and a large garden with games, pétanque court, vegetable garden where you can pick seasonal fruits and vegetables (all organic). The space The house offers : - 1 equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, gas cooker, microwave, juicer, coffee maker, food processor) - 1 living/dining room - 1 adjoining living room with a small desk that can be closed - 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a king-size bed + desk. - 3 bedrooms upstairs, each equipped with a queen-size bed - 1 playroom with toys, books and board games. - 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower + sink (1 on the ground floor, 1 upstairs) - 1 toilet on the ground floor - 2 wooden terraces on each side of the house, one with a swimming pool + plancha. Guest access The whole house is accessible (except cellar) and the whole garden. Other things to note The house is located 2 min from the center of Monségur, 5 min from Duras and its castle, 20 min from Marmande and the Garorock festival, 40 min from St-Émilion, 1 h from Bordeaux, 1 h 30 from the beaches and 1 h 45 from the dune of Pilat. In the surrounding area, many castles welcome you for direct wine sales at the property. The weekly market takes place on Friday morning in the center of the village which also offers a flea market and a night market organized every Wednesday, from June to September. At the end of June, the 24h of swing festival offers concerts and festivities. The household linen is provided without supplements. Wifi is of good quality and allows teleworking. The swimming pool is secured by a rolling shutter, it is slightly heated (24/25°) and is open from mid-May to mid-September, it measures 5m x 4m, the depth goes from 1.10m to 1.80m.
