The home is 2 miles off I-5, and a short 10 minute walk to the beautiful Rogue River. We’ve also included a Kurig stocked with coffee and tea on us, and some common spices/condiments/cooking oil. There’s a laundry room next to the kitchen with a washer and dryer to use. Both bedrooms include new queen beds, comfy linens, closets and dressers. The bathroom features a cute subway tiled shower & tub combo. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, cotton swabs, cotton balls, and towels are stocked for your convenience. Home includes a pack and play, and some toys and books for your little one to enjoy — a little less for you to pack! Head outside to BBQ and enjoy a cozy evening on the patio. Parking at the home is easy and convenient with a driveway/carport for covered parking as well as an EV charger. **This is a pet free and smoke free residence!
