Enjoy your own private space on the first floor of my home, with your own bedroom and attached private bathroom, plus access to free laundry (for guests staying 3 or more nights), full kitchen and TV/movie watching. Quiet neighborhood near Juanita Beach and Downtown Kirkland, easy bus access and free parking. Not far from Microsoft, Google, the University of Washington and Downtown Seattle. The space Your bedroom with queen size bed with memory foam mattress and private attached bathroom are on the first floor and my bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. This creates a natural separation of living spaces, while still allowing for friendly sharing of space in the common areas. Bathroom is stocked with supplies you're welcome to use. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to their bedroom and attached bathroom. You're also welcome to use the common areas: kitchen, living room back patio, living room and laundry (available to guests staying 3 or more nights). You are welcome to use any kitchen items during your stay, such as dishes, pots/pans and spices for cooking, etc. You will have space in the kitchen pantry and fridge for your food. There is free parking close to the front door of the house, which is on the same level as your room. During your stay I'm available to help you with information to help you make the most of your stay: places to go, activities, public transportation, best travel routes, nearby parks, etc.. You're welcome to use the TV room downstairs for movies/TV/music (there's a TV in the bedroom as well). I'm not home very much, so you'll have the entire home to yourself most of the time during your stay.
