Cosy private room in 3rd floor home

My home is located in a quiet residential street on the east side of the city, close to the universities, supermarkets and there is a park within 2 minutes walking distance. There are views of the mountains and volcanoes from the large windows. My home is filled with plants to help create a calm and cosy environment and there is an upstairs mezzanine for relaxing or yoga. Room is private - the rest of the house is shared with me. Good internet and cleaning once a week. LGBTQ+ friendly. The space The room has a double bed, desk and bedside table, with good sheets and pillows. There is an open plan dining/living/kitchen space and a shared bathroom. The mezzanine upstairs has a sofa and a piano that you are welcome to use. Guest access With the exception of the bedrooms, the house is shared and yours to use. There's a washing machine and dryer that you can use. During your stay I am often out of the house during the day but am home most evenings. Other things to note You're welcome to use the kitchen essentials for cooking (oil, salt, sugar etc.). I have a good spices collection which you can use too. There is 24 hour security.
