This is my lovely little pearl that I let a few days a year for the ones that want to feel real Amsterdam , located in the finest central spot in Amsterdam, 5 min to rverything, romantic street and building, unique canal living feel. the street is peaceful with relaxing sound and shimmer of water, in a old historical Amsterdam building with an wonderful view over the canal. The space Kitchen and livingroom together towards the canal, separate toilet, bedroom and bathroom towards the inner side of the house. Long stays Please be aware if you are requesting long stays, this is not possible to book on Airbnd since we are only able to accept max 15 nights a year in total on the platform. You can always ask me if the possibilities so I can see if thats ok with our regulations in Amsterdam. That conversation needs to be taken per email or phone instead. Guest access If you want to take chairs and a table, we do have this in the entrance which you can sit and relax on the street too. Like Amsterdammers do during summers. Its a private small building in the center of Amsterdam where we have very close relationship with the neighbours. There are security cameras outside. There is a huge gym nextdoor so always gym people on the street, so VERY safe. Other things to note It is an old charming dutch cultural house in standard from 1800- Small narrow steep stairs, house on the second floor and only one neighbor upstairs and one downstairs and first floor to the right. Older details - building is cultural but renovate somewhat modern inside but there are still for example old small doors. :) Romantic lightning into the house day and night from the canal, cute bars around. We try to not make to much noises and we make sure its a relaxed place for everyone, so nobody has parties on any other sort of disturbance around.
