Room no. 3 consists of 2 rooms 20 sqm and bedroom 12 sqm, 2 stairs up (without elevator) with double bed 50x190, private bathroom, AC for heating and cooling in the bedroom and fireplace. The bedroom is an attic room, so the windows are placed high. The house is centrally located in Cocentaina near, Palacio Comtal and the big square, Plaza Vener Escuder with Mercat Municipal. There is also the local market every Thursday. NOTE: There is a parking ban from Wednesday evening. The space Casa Rural de Pueblo with a total of 4 guest rooms in a large village house, a so-called Casa Señorial, whose oldest parts are from the 1700s where there was previously wine production in the basement, chickens, pigeons and rabbits for self-catering in the attic. For several years, we have carefully renovated to modern standards but tried to keep as much of the old charm as possible to give a feeling of stepping back in time. The renovation has become much more extensive than we thought and although we have done everything to maintain the character of the house while meeting all the requirements of modern standards, we are obliged to inform you that it has not been possible to adapt the building for the disabled. All rooms except the entrance are one and two stairs up, without elevator or other aids.
