Enjoy a completely renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on an idyllic working organic farm. Nearby you can enjoy hiking, skiing, birding, fishing, antiquing and swimming. Open concept first floor with fully equipped kitchen with large eat-in island and comfy living area with large TV. Farm stand on site. Located in the lakes region of central NH, 2 hours from Boston, 30 minutes to Lake Winnipesaukee & Meredith, there are numerous ski mountains within an hour drive. Access to Squam Lake. The space Front yard faces the farm and back of house has a screened porch that looks over a large grassy yard. There is a propane grill available for use and table and chairs to eat on the porch or in the yard. The farm stand is a minute walk from the house and is stocked seasonally with veggies, Flowers by Elsa, maple syrup and Rachel Bartlett pottery. We've completely renovated the home with a new fully equipped kitchen, large eat-in butcher block island. Two comfortable sofas are in this shared space with large TV for all your streaming services. Off the living room is the study, with a table for either working or playing games, 2 loveseats, one which pulls out for an additional sleeping space, stocked with board games and lots of books to peruse. There is a full bath with fun tile and tub on the first floor. The bunkroom downstairs is ideal for kids but also includes a full size bed to host adults or a family with children together. On the second floor, there are two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, and a chair in each that are great for reading bed time stories in. In addition to the table in the study, there is a table and chair suitable for working in one bedroom. A high chair and pack n play travel crib with changing station are available upon request and easily fit in either upstairs bedroom. The upstairs bathroom has a glass enclosed shower and features more funky tile. Guest access The whole home and yard are yours. Please be respectful of the other homes on the farm. Please note we do not permit any smoking anywhere on the property, inside or outside anywhere on the farm. Other things to note There is a garage with space for one car. There is room for at least two cars in front of the garage but navigation can be tight. Additional spots are at the start of the driveway.
