Casa Stella Marina: relaxation, nature and freedom.

Casa Stella Marina is a quiet villa in Tanaunella, a village not far from Budoni, where you can relax surrounded by nature, where silence and vegetation reign supreme. Completely new, independent and fenced structure: in front of the house you can enjoy a green lawn where adults and children can spend time in complete freedom and tranquility. The space The villa consists of a large living area consisting of a double sofa bed, table for 6, satellite Smart TV and a kitchen complete with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, induction cooktop, dishes, pots, glasses for water and beer, wine glasses, toaster, juicer, kettle and Lavazza coffee machine. In the sleeping area, there is a bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower, hairdryer and two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds (which can be joined on request to become a double bed). The house is rented complete with all bathroom, bed and kitchen linens and when requested a crib, high chair, potty and changing table for children are also provided. Air conditioning and heating are included and present in all rooms, except the bathroom. The outdoor space includes a large veranda for outdoor lunches and dinners, a charcoal barbecue, a garden, an outdoor shower, a washing machine and a private parking space, all completely fenced to make your vacation intimate and pleasant. We have thought of and reserved a small welcome for our guests to thank them for choosing us as their holiday destination and to wish them pleasant days at Casa Stella Marina. Guest access The house is exclusively for those who book the stay. Available to guests are 2 deck chairs for exclusive use on site. SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN inside the house. NO pets of any kind are allowed. Other things to note Casa Stella Marina is about 2 km from the center of Budoni and is located in a well-served area: not far away, in fact, there is a supermarket, a pharmacy and a pizzeria/restaurant. About 700 meters away is Sant'anna beach: it is characterized by a beautiful and very fresh pine forest, white sand and crystal clear sea; suitable for all ages due to the shallow waters and the presence of rocks where the most passionate can snorkel.
