Parties or gatherings will not be permitted! The sunroom was an addition to the home. It can be accessed from the patio door or from inside the home. It is right off of the kitchen. It does not have central air. However, it does have a FRIEDRICH portable air-conditioned. The home is private. The upstairs and the basement are not included for use. Those rooms are locked and used for storage. I respect my neighbors to the fullest. I will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guest. You will be required to leave the premises if you violate any of my and or Airbnb community rules. I am available from 9 to 7 for phone calls and extended hours for replies through the Airbnb website. If you have an emergency please call at any time. I reside within walking distance of the home. However, I believe privacy is very important so I do not socialize with my guest unless it is requested. NOTE: If you have a request, I would be happy to consider: stocking groceries or setting the space up for a special occasion may be provided for a reasonable fee. Great location near freeways, CLE Hopkins Airport, University Hospitals Parma Medical Center, Ukrainian Village and Polish Village, Cleveland Metro parks, Cleveland Zoo, Cuyahoga Valley Railroad (scenic dinner & event trains), Shoppes of Parma, dining, fast food, sports bars. PLUS, downtown Cleveland: Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Jack Casino, Progressive Field, Mortgage Fieldhouse, First Energy Stadium, Science Center, West Side Market, Edgewater Park, Playhouse Square, Cleveland Orchestra, and more. You will want to have a vehicle or order an Uber or Lyft. If you like taking walks in the morning or evening the neighborhood is friendly and you could see a lot of dogs on your walk. Depending on the time of year, the grass and flowers will be attended to when needed and shoveling of the sidewalk/driveway may occur. The neighbor or I will take the trash can out on Mondays. The trash can is next to the garage so this will not be an inconvenience. Host may require photo identification for verification purposes through Airbnb.
