The king size bed is completely incased and layered: Calvin Klein pillows, 100% polyester microfiber sheets, and comforter duvet, and a smooth, luxury satin quilt. Clean and comfortable! Parties or gatherings will not be permitted! The space The sunroom was an addition to the home. It can be accessed from the patio door or from inside the home. It is right off of the kitchen. It does not have central air. However, it does have a FRIEDRICH portable air-conditioned. Guest access The home is private. The upstairs and the basement are not included for use. Those rooms are locked and used for storage. I respect my neighbors to the fullest. I will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guest. You will be required to leave the premises if you violate any of my and or Airbnb community rules. Other things to note Depending on the time of year, the grass and flowers will be attended to when needed and shoveling of the sidewalk/driveway may occur. The neighbor or I will take the trash can out on Mondays. The trash can is next to the garage so this will not be an inconvenience. Host may require photo identification for verification purposes through Airbnb.
