Welcome to our home!

Very convenient location, close driving to downtown and central to a lot of shopping and great restaurants! Extremely close to Loyola Hospital and Brookfield Zoo. The space You have your own private living room, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, bar area, full bathroom, and laundry room in the basement. Has an apartment feel to it with plenty of privacy. Access to the kitchen, let us know and we will give you the tour of where we store cooking supplies and utilities. Guest access Guests have access to entire basement. Xfinity wifi is available and we can provide you with Hulu and Netflix password if you don't have your own . Kitchen can be used when needed, we just ask that you clean up and return things to where they belong. During your stay My husband and I are both mostly home with our two small dogs. We are always available by phone call or text to help or give suggestions. Just ask! Other things to note Must be comfortable with dogs. Ours might bark a bit when you’re coming and going, but are completely harmless. One chihuahua and one puppy coton de tulear. We use laundry room downstairs. Laundry is $5 additional fee per load. You will be responsible to keep your private room clean and organized especially during long term stays. If it is not cleaned or maintained I will charge additional cleaning fees. Clean bed sheets and towels are available in your close. Dishes or any kitchen utensils must be clean after you used them. Garbage will be disposable once every Thursday, but you can empty the garbage container, if you need it.
