Hamlet house in the Barguillière Valley

In the heart of the Ariégeoises Pyrenees Regional Natural Park, our house is located in a small hamlet at an altitude of 650 m, 12 km from Foix, 95 km from Toulouse and 80 km from Andorra. It is possible to take walks/hikes from the hamlet or Brassac, Légrilou, Prat d'Albis... (a few kilometers by car). Due to its central location in Ariège, many activities are available within an hour's drive (high mountain hikes, caves, parks, paragliding...). The kitchen, separate from the living room, is fully furnished and equipped (washing machine, dishwasher...). It has direct access to a terrace of more than 25 m2 with views of the surrounding countryside. A second covered terrace is available on the side of the house. It faces the road, but there is very little traffic (this road only provides access to the hamlet). Outside you will also find a small pétanque court and a parking space. In front of the house, there is a communal green space accessible to all. The floor consists of 3 bedrooms, a brand new bathroom (small but functional) and a separate toilet. The first bedroom (green) is equipped with a double bed in 140 as well as a single bed in 80. The second bedroom (terracotta) is equipped with a double bed in 160 and a barrel bed. The third bedroom (gray) is equipped with a double bed in 140 and a small 1-person bed for children (attention non-standard size about 80*160cm). The house is equipped to accommodate young children: gate at the bottom of the stairs, steps in the toilet and bathroom, baby bathtub, potty, high chair and barrel bed in one of the bedrooms. We can also provide a folding crib on request. Available in the house: internet access (by fiber), television, board games, hiking maps and guides, cleaning products, basic necessities in the kitchen (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, spices, oil, vinegar...).
