Spacious bedroom with lots of natural light. TV in room with Chromecast. Lots of closet & dresser space perfect for Travel Nurses or Clinical Students. Shared guest loft space includes dining table, refrigerator, couch, Chromecast TV & full bath. You will have your own sink/drawers in the bathroom. Only five minutes away from Vidant Medical Center and Brody School of Medicine, ten minutes from ECU Main Campus. The space Kitchen and dining area are shared with host. Guests will have access to kitchen essentials & appliances including fridge, oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, & Keurig. Washer and Dryer are also available for guest use. Backyard area with seating for outdoor relaxation is also open to guests! This space is smoke and pet free making it allergy friendly! During your stay My work schedule can be very unpredictable & I am not always able to answer the phone. Messages sent via Airbnb will be answered promptly by myself or my remote co-host. I do live in the home on the main level. I will be respectful of your space, but can be available in the evenings and on weekends.
