Newly finished industrial style basement/condo featuring a huge kitchen & ample visiting space. Open sleeping area, with a queen bed, queen trundle bed, 2 couches and 2 queen air mattresses. One street up from Main St. right in the middle of town. Fantastic view of the river and lighthouse. Private entry and within walking distance to everything in Grafton! The open sleeping area may not be for everyone, but it is a really great space for families and groups of friends. My husband I are both from very big families and like to entertain 50+ people in this space. You can make great memories and start new traditions here! The entire basement is all yours. The door between the 2 levels is locked. My husband and I own The Whole Scoop, an ice cream shop & restaurant and two other overnight stays. We love Grafton and like meeting people who have chosen Grafton for their get- a-way! Our neighborhood is small and everyone knows that we host. It's not out of the ordinary for them to stop and say hello as they come and go. You can walk everywhere in Grafton except for Aerie's Resort (winery, zip line, alpine coater) on top of the hill, however, there is a Sky Tour that will take you there and it's just a block away. There are a lot of large windows in this space, so there is plenty of light even though it is our basement. There's also a set of patio doors and a garage door that open up onto a concrete pad where you can BBQ, chill out and watch the river, boats and wildlife go by. You have a great view for spectacular sunsets too! You can also watch & walk to the Sky Tour which is located in one of our city parks-this takes you to Aeries Resort where you can enjoy their winery, zip line and alpine coaster. and this is within walking distance as well. Raging Rivers Water Park is just 1 mile away and I can provide tickets $10 less than what you would pay at the gate.
