Newly finished industrial style basement/condo featuring a huge kitchen & ample visiting space. Open sleeping area, with a queen bed, queen trundle bed, 2 couches and 2 queen air mattresses. One street up from Main St. right in the middle of town. Fantastic view of the river and lighthouse. Private entry and within walking distance to everything in Grafton! The space This space has been perfect for couples, families with kids and bachelorette parties! It is very roomy, so there’s space for air mattresses that I provide. We are in the middle of town, do you can walk most places, including the river. And, the view is really spectacular. Guest access The entire basement is all yours. The door between the 2 levels is locked. During your stay My husband, Rick and I love Grafton and like meeting people who have chosen our little river town for their get- a-way! in fact, Rick was the mayor here from 2017-2021. We sold our ice cream shop and gift shop in 2022 & 2023 to spend more time with our 3 grand children. Come stay with us, you’ll love it! Other things to note There are a lot of large windows in this space, so there is plenty of light even though it is our basement. There's also a set of patio doors and a garage door that open up onto a concrete pad where you can BBQ, chill out and watch the river, boats and wildlife go by. You have a great view for spectacular sunsets too! You can also watch & walk to the Sky Tour which is located in one of our city parks-this takes you to Aeries Resort where you can enjoy their winery, zip line and alpine coaster. and this is within walking distance as well. Raging Rivers Water Park is just 1 mile away and I can provide tickets $10 less than what you would pay at the gate.
