Rental unit in College Place

Just over 25 years ago we started with vacation rental business. We offer 30 minimum reservations, no reservations under 30 days. We cater to the professionals that need 30 to 180 days to accommodate their work environment.. there are very few in the valley that provides this service. You can still request shorter and we can refer you to my daughter who provides only short term accommodations. The space We are located on the crest of a sloping hill overlooking the Blue Mountains. With neighbors at a distance makes this condo a very relaxing place to be with lots of green space around it. Note: We offer only stays of 30 days or more only. Guest access From your parking spot you will enter under the grape arbor and to the right onto your spacious patio. This is all for your private relaxation and use. The only item you won't be able to use is the baraque. Other things to note If you are arriving at night you'll be greeted by lights that will be coming on as you walk to your suite. These lights are at on all four sides of our home for your security. Speaking of security, we have cameras outside at the front of the property and rear for your added safety and security. We have never had a break in or unwanted visitors. Making this a very relaxing place to be.
