Blooms of Warrandyte is a stylish, boutique, fully equipped 5-bedroom sanctuary overlooking the Warrandyte valley, only 3 minutes drive to Warrandyte village. This home boasts so many opportunities to spend quality time together, has a fully stocked kitchen to cook and bake, pool table in the rumpus room, state-of-the-art salt-water spa and salt-water swimming pool to cool down in the summer months or to use as a cold plunge pool after a spa even in winter, board games, library and more. The space This renovated and comfortable family home boasts 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, entertainers kitchen, relaxed open-plan living/dining upstairs, and rumpus room downstairs with bar and pool table, 2 enormous outdoor dining / lounge areas, fence-in unheated salt-water pool, glass fenced luxurious salt-water outdoor jacuzzi overlooking lush tropical gardens. This house is designed to relax, unwind and enjoy special times with family and friends. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and a renovated family bathroom with bathtub and an extra bathroom downstairs. All the bedrooms are carpeted with comfortable beds and high quality linen and towels. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area flows out to an enormous decking area overlooking the Warrandyte valley giving you a sense of staying in a tree-house - watch out for an array of bird life often flying right up to the balcony or echidnas sometimes coming up to the front door! Plenty of outdoor lounges are available for all guests to enjoy time relaxing outdoors. Downstairs is an additional rumpus room with pool table, additional lounges, an enormous outdoor dining suite catering for 10 people and access to barbecue facilities and the outdoor salt-water jacuzzi with glass fencing. The rumpus room leads out on the enormous garden spread across several levels, with salt-water swimming pool and sun lounge and the enormous bottom level providing various citrus trees and enough room to pitch a few tents if you are so inclined (special permission required)! The main house easily sleeps 8/9 people in the 4 bedrooms/5 beds. The house can sleep an additional 2 people on comfortable couches in the main house and there's also a blow up air mattress that you can use. If you wish to sleep more than 10 people in the main house, you will need to write to me directly and we can discuss. Well- behaved pets are welcome on the property but will incur a $100 fee per pet per stay and additional cleaning fees may apply if you don’t pick up poo thoroughly before you leave. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed at the property per stay. The driveway can fit 4 cars with 2 parked on a slope along with an additional 2 spots in the garage for experienced and brave drivers as the slope is very steep but it is possible to back into it if you feel confident to do this. Please DO NOT use neighbours spots as they will complain. Guest access the whole property including all the garden spaces, the pool and the jacuzzi are all available with your booking Other things to note Please note that this property is on a slope which provides a great view of the Warrandyte valley and a magical garden to explore but may not be suitable for elderly people who find it difficult to negotiate stairs. This property is not available for large parties or gatherings. If this is what you require, you will need to send a special booking request and these will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will incur additional fees. The house can sleep up to 12 people with 2 people able to sleep on 2 couches on the property, one in main living area and one in the games room. If you wish to have over 10 guests, pls include this in a message to us so we can prepare and note there is additional charge for these guests at $50/night.
