Nikkolo's The One with the Orange Couch - Tagaytay

Have a break and spend your vacation in a place that resembles that of your favorite show. Hang out with some friends, binge-watch your favorite series. Marvel at the picturesque sunset view and the city skyline on a high floor from the balcony. It is "The One with the Orange Couch" at SMDC Wind Residences in Tagaytay City. The space Nikkolo's 'The One with the Orange Couch' is a 28-sqm resort-condo unit that offers a hotel-like staycation experience for two to four people. The balcony offers a scenic view of the sunset and the city skyline. The Balcony View Situated on the 20th floor of SMDC Wind Residences Tower 5, the unit DOES NOT offer the Taal view, but the awe-inspiring greenscapes, city lights, and the afternoon sunset are a great trade-off even at night. The King-Size Bed Sleep comfortably on that king-size bed that uses a 12" hotel-spring premium mattress with a foam topper. The bed has four hypoallergenic microfiber pillows and a duvet/comforter. All beddings and linens use high-quality sheets with a 300 thread count so you can enjoy optimal sleep. The Orange Couch The living area is a well-thought-out space inspired by the sit-com series F.R.I.E.N.D.S. (Central Perk coffee house). Everything here is customized to suit the style: wall, couch, table, throw pillows, carpet. The orange couch is a 3-seater, custom-made sofa that uses premium quality foam and materials with a burnt orange velvet finish. NOTE: We humbly ask that you take care of the couch, so it stays fresh. In light of this, we provide a sofa protector that you can remove when you want to take a picture of the orange couch. But, we ask that you put the protector back to prevent possible stains or damage. We appreciate your understanding. :) The living area is also a space for entertainment, coffee, and dining. FAQs (kindly read) The 55" TV The TV is a 55" Sony 4K UHD XR internet TV. It doesn't have free-to-air TV and cable channels, but it has Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube subscriptions. Have fun watching your favorite shows while in bed or on the couch. The Kitchenette The kitchen area has a complete set of dinnerware you can use for your food. Bring in your pre-cooked or takeaway food, and re-heat them using the microwave. You can access the mini-fridge (with freezer) to store your food and drinks. The electric kettle and rice cooker are available when you need them. Cooking is NOT ALLOWED. The Toilet and Bathroom The toilet has a vanity space for your needs. The shower area includes a rain shower WITH HEATER, and a regular shower (cold only). The Internet PLDT Fiber Plan is available with an average speed of 30MBPS. We also have a backup internet plan in case of PLDT downtime/congested network. CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is STRICTLY from 3PM to 6PM ONLY. We do not accept late check-in since the caretakers live outside Tagaytay. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to room availability. PARKING: Parking at the building has limited slots and is per reservation only. Building parking is 500/night multiple entry. We DO NOT own a parking slot within the building, but our caretaker could help you book one. Alternatively, additional parking options are provided by a third party at the nearby clubhouse, with rates determined by them. Guest access You have the entire unit (including the balcony) for yourself. You can access the clubhouse with amenities, such as an outdoor and indoor pool (PHP 150/person --- PHP 300 during holidays), billiards table, badminton court, table tennis, basketball court, children's playground, and jogging path. Other things to note Please take time to read the following rules and agree to them before booking your stay at Nikkolo's: 1. The unit is strictly for four (4) guests only, including babies/kids. This is mandated by the SMDC Property Management Office. 2. Valid ID is required upon check-in. Surrender your ID at the reception upon arrival, and claim it upon departure. 3. Review the listing carefully, browse the photos, and read through instructions and listing descriptions. 4. Our caretaker "Dheng" will welcome you upon your arrival. You can communicate your needs to either of us. 5. Standard check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Check-out time is 1:00 pm. Early check-in or check-out is subject to room availability. Please let us know in advance about early or late check-in and check-out. 6. Cooking is NOT ALLOWED. 7. Parties/events that compromise the unit or will mess the unit are not allowed. 8. Please be mindful of other units. Avoid loud noises, especially after 9:00 pm. 9. CLEAN AS YOU GO. At the very least, wash your used dishes and keep the overall area tidy. 10. There could be noise in the balcony area due to passing vehicles. Keep the window and door closed at all times to minimize the noise inside the room. 11. Coordinate with our caretaker if you plan to use the amenities. Some amenities have additional costs. 12. PARKING area is near the clubhouse, 500 meters away from Tower 5. Shuttles are going around from 9 am-11:30 am & 1 pm-6 pm to give you a ride. Just approach any Wind Residence attendants to assist you. 13: Parking fees apply. Coordinate with our caretaker for parking options. 14. Always lock the unit to protect both of our belongings. We are not responsible for lost possessions. 15. Keep safe of the room key. We charge PHP 1000 for lost keys. 16. The guest shall pay any damage or loss. We inspect before and upon check-out to determine any damage or loss. Please read the House Rules in the Airbnb listing for your reference. 17. The caretaker is required to conduct an inspection 15 minutes before your check-out. 18. The cleaning fee is meant to ensure we prepare for your check-in. That means we sanitize and disinfect the whole unit, and put fresh beddings, linens, blankets, towels, and rugs for your use. 19. Pets are not allowed. 20. Unlisted Guests are not authorized to enter the unit, even on a visit-only basis. You may entertain your guests at the building lobby. Additional Costs: 1. Pool use: PHP 150/person on regular days, PHP 300/person on holidays 2. Building parking is 500/night multiple entry. We DO NOT own a parking slot within the building, but our caretaker could help you book one. Alternatively, additional parking options are provided by a third party at the nearby clubhouse, with rates determined by them. 3. Late check-in (7:00 pm onward): PHP 350 will be charged. Our caretaker lives outside Tagaytay, so the late check-in fee is to pay for their transportation and service. IMPORTANT: Please take care of our sheets.
