Private Room separate entrance in Heart of Dundas

Raised side split bungalow on a quiet side street in the Sherwood Rise area nestled in Dundas Valley. Easy access to hiking, biking and running trails. Close to amenities, historic downtown Dundas and McMaster University and Hospital. The space Clean, light and comfortable home located in Sherwood Forest area of Dundas. Very close to trails, conservation area and the rail trail. Easy access to main highways to Toronto and Niagara Falls. Guest access Private room with it’s own entrance and en-suite bathroom. Parking on site. We are also happy to discuss access to bikes and helmets for exploring local trails for a small fee. Other things to note Bike & Helmet rentals available upon request. WiFi and clean linens are provided as well as some necessities (coffee, tea, shampoo, soap). Please note that bedding provided is Euro style meaning there is a Queen fitted sheet and two Twin feather duvets. There is no top sheet. Each person gets their own twin duvet. If you prefer North American style bedding - Queen Duvet and Queen top sheet please let us know and we will provide. Please be aware we have two Yorkies so our room is NOT recommended for guests who do not like dogs. The dogs do not have access to the guest room but may occasionally bark during the day. (When the mailman comes, garbage truck or when we get home from work.) Check in is flexible but only if we have enough notice. Please communicate desired check in times at least 3 days before arrival so that we can try to accommodate you as best as we can.
