Acadia Cliffs Treehouse Cabin

This 560 sq. foot treehouse cabin is situated on 20 acres surrounded by the Acadia Cliff Wildlife Preserve. While here, hike to the Millstone Quarry for a bit of Ohio history and visit the OU campus and surrounding city of Athens. Be sure to stop by the Athens Farmer's Market on Wednesday's and Saturdays! The space This is a wonderful place to disconnect and relax! Due to the location there is no phone landline, cable or TV channels but with the addition of a cell phone booster we are now getting some cell phone coverage in the cabin and areas on the deck. Bring your DVD's, 33 records (new this year, a turntable!) games and books to enjoy. Watch time go by sitting in the Amish rockers on the deck, and utilize the completely furnished kitchen and electric grill to make your favorite meal! Guest access The cabin features a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, slow cooker, and coffeemaker. The first floor bathroom has a shower with large vanity and we have an outdoor shower on the 2nd floor balcony. Enjoy the fire pit with benches, please bring your own wood, we do have a lighter available to get the fire going! Other things to note -A $55 cleaning fee will be added to the base price. -We recommend you use bottled water for drinking or cooking. We will have a starter supply of water available, but recommend bringing additional water. -We have a 12 cup coffeemaker and provide coffee, filters, creamers and sugar. -We have a DVD player and some DVD's , but you may prefer to bring your own. -We have a new retro turntable that also has a bluetooth. There is a small collection of retro albums but feel free to bring your favorites. -There may be other renters on the property but they should not interfere with your stay. -We have a second treehouse on the property about 130 yards down the road. If you would like to book both properties for your trip, we will give you a 10% discount per cabin.
