The gas and electricity bill at normal use is 40,000 won. We had few renters who leave the ac and heater on 24/7. So we have decided to charge the excess bill over 50,000 won. We cover 50,000, but once it's over 50,000 won we will charge you for the excess. So please turn off the floor heating / AC when leaving the house for the day. 2. We do not charge for laundry. But, please purchase your own laundry detergent. Laundry is open for guest use from 4pm to 8am next day (16:00-08:00 ) 3. We provide 4 toilet rolls when checking in. Please purchase your own after you are finished. 4. Please buy designated trash bags to throw away your trash. It can be purchased in the Worldcup Supermarket 200 meters down the street to the left.
