Welcome to a waterfront retreat at Liberty Lake! Situated halfway between Spokane, WA and Coeur d'Alene, ID, this spacious 3000 square foot lake house is the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The space This luxury 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features an open layout showcasing gorgeous lake views from almost every room. The expansive living areas are surely too accommodate. The large eat-in kitchen comes equipped with high-end Bertazonni appliances. There is a spacious dining room, wet bar, and indoor/outdoor living with expansive outdoor decks showcasing sunsets over the lake. Sleeping accommodations include 3 Queen-size bedrooms and one full-size sleeper sofa in the designated office space. The expansive primary suite has its own fireplace, large walk in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Though close to town, this retreat is nestled in nature. Come decompress near water and earth, aquatic life and Ponderosa pine. NOTE: A 2B/1B lower unit may or may not be in use during your stay. Outdoor spaces may be shared. Ask if you are interested in blocking the lower unit, if not already reserved, for an additional $100/night. Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 11 PM to 6 AM. Because of the potential proximity of other potential guests, this is not the ideal place for a large group or a loud party. Accommodations: -Maximum occupancy of 10 people -1 master king suite, with a gas fireplace, large closet, and attached bath boasting a huge walk-in-shower and soaking tub -3 queen size beds -1 full size sleeper sofa -Designated remote workspace with desk -3 bathrooms -Linens, bath towels, and beach towels provided -Fully equipped kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, cookware, dish-ware, and cutlery -Wet bar with sink -Outdoor seating with propane fire pit (could be shared with lower unit guests) -Laundry room with washer, dryer, and mini fridge -Wifi -TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix -Wraparound decks -Kayak (potentially used by lower unit guests). Other things to note -Lower level may or may not be rented; outdoor spaces may be shared. Cars parked there will be towed. -Please utilize the parking in the garage or on the street above the garage. We cannot accommodate large vehicles or trailers with our parking spaces. -Please no smoking or vaping. -No confetti or glitter in the property, this will incur an additional cleaning fee. -Grey towels are for outdoor use, white linens must stay inside. -Absolutely no pets allowed. -Please keep in mind that there are numerous stairs to access the lake and it is not handicap accessible. -Dock is partially underwater. Use at your own risk. -No Fireworks on the property.
