Family Campsite based on Friendliness located in the heart of Munster 20 minutes from Colmar, ideal for Christmas markets, 20 minutes from the Col de la Schlucht, 45 minutes from Gerardmer, 45 minutes from Strasbourg and 1 hour from Europa-Parc Amusement Park Between vineyards and mountains, these many lakes, its route des crêtes A paradise for hikers, skiers and cyclists For Nature Lovers it will be a complete "Connection" Picturesque villages and typical Alsatian gastronomy Guaranteed fun The space --Accommodation for up to 6 people. --The mobile home is composed of 3 bedrooms: (1 master bedroom/1 bed 2 people)+(2 bedrooms with 2 beds 1 person). --The mobile home has been fully insulated for the winter for the well-being of our tenants. --We have also installed blackout and thermal blinds "For More Comfort". --Reversible Air Conditioning + Radiators (bathroom and living room). -- For even more convenience and to travel light, we provide: (400 g Duvets in Winter, Blankets in Summer, Pillows, Sheets, Toilet Linen Kit, Bathroom Mats and Kitchen Towels...). -- Cleaning products remain at your disposal (complimentary). --Basic Products for Cooking Will Also Remain Available (Free of charge..): (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, tea, herbal teas, etc...). -The Main Room is Open with the kitchen: (table, chairs, bench, flat screen TV...) - Kitchen: (Gas stove, Sink, Microwave, Senseo coffee maker, Kettle, Fridge/Freezer, Raclette grill, Toaster, toaster, dishes and kitchen utensils...) -Bathroom with shower/hair dryer available. - Separate toilet. - Semi-covered terrace with garden furniture. Guest access The campsite is a 10-minute walk from the center of Munster, with its many shops, restaurants, municipal swimming pool and craft markets. To get there: -By car or public transport. -BALE-MULHOUSEairport 89 km from Mobil-Home is the closest. -A exit from the airport,a bus goes to the train station or it will be possible to take a train to Colmar. -The Colmar station is served by mainline trains and it is possible from the same station in order to get to Munster either by train or bus. -The bus station is in front of the train station exit. Other things to note - Parties and events are prohibited, in order to respect the neighborhood. - Check-in hours after 4 p.m. and checkout at 10 a.m. or in consultation with the owner. -The mobile home rental is from December to the end of October - RENTAL IN JULY AND AUGUST: 4 NIGHTS MINIMUM - DEFAULT RENTAL: 2 nights minimum. - A deposit of 80 Euros will be requested upon arrival for cleaning. - A Mobile Home of €450 - The Security Deposit will be returned to you subject to the condition of the premises upon your departure. - End-of-stay cleaning - We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful Alsace region.
